We offer a tasting menu built around seasonal, local produce, inspired by our roots in Norway, France and Poland, with an Iranian touch of spice.

The menu changes with the seasons and evolves with the ingredients we find.

Selected dishes from the menu are available à la carte exclusively at the bar.

Our wine list brings together around 450 references from across the world, with a particular focus on Champagne growers and distinctive terroir-driven wines.

We offer bespoke wine pairing composed from our dynamic selection of wines by the glass.
